Mike Cornell has more than 30 years of experience scaling and growing software businesses in the supply chain space. He is a results orientated executive recognized for identifying and capitalizing on new and existing customer opportunities, and for leadership qualities that ensure peak performance from teams and organizations. Mike is an accomplished entrepreneur and CEO. Most recently, he served as CEO of High Jump and True Commerce, providing software for warehouse, transport management and logistic businesses and shippers.
Kirk Knauff is the President of Navis and also leads Kaleris as the Chief Executive Officer and BOD member. In 2020, Kirk helped form Kaleris after successfully integrating three growing Supply Chain Software businesses.
While serving the supply chain software space over the past two decades, Kirk has seen firsthand the ongoing operations, process and visibility challenges ingrained across global supply chains. He is proud to be a part of the team that is delivering products to solve these challenges.

Prior to joining Kaleris, Kirk was an Operating Advisor for Accel-KKR and served in varying Executive Leadership roles across multiple Supply Chain Execution Software organizations. He has participated in four (4) successful exits and has led the acquisition of nine (9) supply chain software businesses.
Burt Y. Chao has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, where he will provide leadership and drive strategy with Navis’ global Strategic Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal, and Sales Operations teams. Burt comes to Navis from Alvarez & Marsal (“A&M”), a leading leadership and operational execution partner to global organizations. At A&M, Burt developed and led cross-functional teams for organizations in industries including Software / SaaS, Media & Telecom, Industrial Manufacturing & Distribution, and Energy (Transition, Oil & Gas).
Prior to A&M, Burt was an investment banking professional as a Partner and member of the founding team of Heikkinen Energy Advisors (now Pickering Energy) and Simmons & Company International (now Piper Sandler). Burt began his career at Oliver Wyman and Ford Motor Company and is a proud alumnus of the University of Texas at Austin - Red McCombs School of Business.
Scott Holland has been appointed as Chief Product Officer, where he will provide leadership for Navis' Product Management and Engineering organizations. As a Navis "boomerang" (previously 2011-2017), Scott has thirty years of experience in maritime and inland logistics software leadership, joining Navis most recently from Amazon where he led a cross-functional product and operational team to guardrail seller and customer delivery experience for a rapidly growing Merchant Fulfilled Network.
Prior to Amazon, Scott managed the P&L of a diverse portfolio of operational software solutions as General Manager of the Network and Logistics business within GE Transportation (now Wabtec), where he worked closely with key customers across the freight logistics landscape to build mission critical planning and execution systems for the movement of freight and passengers. Previous roles focused on product strategy, product management, software development, and automation leadership at Navis, RMI and Optimization Alternatives where Scott began his career following his education in Engineering (BS) and Operations Research (MS) at The University of Texas.
Chuck Schneider is the Chief Customer Officer. Chuck has held a number of key leadership roles: as Vice President for Professional Services, Vice President for Kalmar Automation, General Manager for the Americas, and for the past 2 years as Vice President and General Manager for EMEA. During his tenure at Navis, Chuck has been involved in numerous process automation projects utilizing technologies such as OCR, RFID and DGPS to automate data collection functions at container terminals. In addition he managed the services team that delivered on automated terminals projects for APMT Virginia and DPW Antwerp. Prior to joining Navis, Chuck held the position of Vice President of Custom Solutions for Embarcadero Systems Corporation where he managed large custom software and system integration projects for marine terminal operators. His background includes experience with Terminal Operating System Design, Gate and Yard Automation as well as Internet strategies for integrating shippers, truckers and other supply chain stakeholders with marine terminals. Chuck Schneider holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering as well as a Masters of Computer Engineering from Cornell University.
Kim Kuesel is the VP and General Manager, Americas. She is responsible for Sales, Professional Services and Customer Support. Kim brings over 20 years of deep supply chain expertise holding a variety of Senior Leadership roles in supply chain technology, management consulting and retail supply chain management. Kim brings a wealth of supply chain experience to Navis and its customers through the enablement of transformational solutions to a myriad of challenges. She has deep experience with the intricacies and challenges in digitizing large-scale supply chain operations and delivering world class solutions. Her experience spans technology, consulting, and retail supply chain holding senior roles at Infor, GT Nexus, Clarkston Consulting, RH, and Williams Sonoma, always focused on accelerating innovation and growth through the use of technology. Kim holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from UC Davis.
Jacques Marchetti is the VP & General Manager for the EMEA region following his integral contribution to the EMEA sales team since 2013. In 2018, Jacques became the head of sales for EMEA supporting a growing body of customers through their shipping logistics challenges and opportunities. Marchetti is a long-time industry expert with more than 25 years of experience creating and managing business organizations for software companies providing solutions for maritime terminals and liner shipping industries. Prior to joining Navis, he was Vice President of business development EMEA for Embarcadero Systems and previously worked for Qiva, a Supply Chain Execution and liner shipping software company, where he led the global sales division.
David Houser is the VP and General Manager in the APAC region. Houser had previously served as the EVP and Head of the Global Key Account Program at Körber AG, Supply Chain Business Area, and brings over 30 years of experience in global business management, leading international operations in key markets within APAC, EMEA and pan-LATAM. Having a keen understanding of the complexities of conducting business in other cultures, languages and currencies, Houser has a proven track record of increasing global footprint and driving top-line revenue and EBITDA growth through his strategic vision and laser-focused execution.
