Benoit de la Tour has more than 20 years of experience in developing global software business and deep knowledge of supply chain software applications and related services. Most recently, he served as Vice President and General Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa for Ciena, a global supplier of telecommunications networking equipment, software and services. Prior to that, he worked for Microsoft Corporation as Vice President, EMEA and Latin America, tasked with growing and developing Microsoft’s Enterprise Business Applications Division (ERP, CRM). He has also held different senior management positions for Infor Global Solutions, the world’s third largest Enterprise Application Software company, and Information Builders Inc., a worldwide Business Intelligence software company.
Rob Dillon brings more than 15 years of experience in business finance, accounting and auditing. He is responsible for Navis' worldwide financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting and capital planning. Rob previously oversaw accounting and finance at Lennar Corporation, where he managed a $7 billion annual P&L and over $4 billion of assets. Prior to Lennar, Rob was with Ernst & Young LLP. He is licensed as a certified public accountant in the State of California.
Younus Aftab is the Chief Product Officer at Navis. He is responsible for product management, engineering and customer success. Younus brings deep expertise in cloud operating systems, security and transportation logistics. He is the co-author of several patents resulting in innovative and high growth products. He was most recently the VP of products & solutions responsible for the direction, strategy, development and execution of the product portfolio at Pulse Secure. Previously at Citrix, Younus was responsible for product development for the mobility and cloud platforms. Before Citrix, Younus managed all product development at Zenprise – a visionary in mobility—where he led the company through rapid growth and successful acquisition by Citrix. He has also held several engineering and product development roles at Microsoft and Texas instruments. Younus is a rated commercial pilot across various categories of aircraft. Younus earned his BS degree in Computer Science from Louisiana State and an MBA from University of Texas
Andy Barrons is responsible for Navis Marketing, Coporate Strategy and Portfolio Product Management. Prior to joining Navis, Andy was Vice President Marketing for INTTRA, the world's leading web portal for ocean containerized freight, where he created a more customer centric strategic marketing capability for the company. Earlier in his career, he spent over fifteen years at the Financial Times, leading marketing and BD for the FT in Europe & North America. In these positions, Andy led key initiatives to expand FT media including the re-launch of the FT in North America.
Scott Peoples as the Chief Acquisitions Officer will identify relevant industry and technology targets to grow the Navis brand. Scott previously lead the Product team at Navis and was responsible for the continued development of N4. Scott has been with Navis since 2003 and has been a part of the Professionals Services, Support, Sales and Field Operations organizations.
Suni has held a number of senior HR and Business leadership positions at SVB Financial Services, Cisco Systems, ANZ Bank and Standard Chartered Bank – in the US, Australia, New Zealand, India, Singapore, London and China. Suni has a strong ability to translate HR/Talent strategy aligned to business strategy; an excellent balance of strategic focus along with operational delivery; and superior business consultation and coaching skills in complex transformation scenarios. She also has a keen eye for talent and is focused on developing HR and business leaders, to achieve their highest potential.
Chuck Schneider is the Chief Customer Officer. Chuck has held a number of key leadership roles: as Vice President for Professional Services, Vice President for Kalmar Automation, General Manager for the Americas, and for the past 2 years as Vice President and General Manager for EMEA. During his tenure at Navis, Chuck has been involved in numerous process automation projects utilizing technologies such as OCR, RFID and DGPS to automate data collection functions at container terminals. In addition he managed the services team that delivered on automated terminals projects for APMT Virginia and DPW Antwerp. Prior to joining Navis, Chuck held the position of Vice President of Custom Solutions for Embarcadero Systems Corporation where he managed large custom software and system integration projects for marine terminal operators. His background includes experience with Terminal Operating System Design, Gate and Yard Automation as well as Internet strategies for integrating shippers, truckers and other supply chain stakeholders with marine terminals. Chuck Schneider holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering as well as a Masters of Computer Engineering from Cornell University.
Kim Kuesel is the VP and General Manager, Americas. She is responsible for Sales, Professional Services and Customer Support. Kim brings over 20 years of deep supply chain expertise holding a variety of Senior Leadership roles in supply chain technology, management consulting and retail supply chain management. Kim brings a wealth of supply chain experience to Navis and its customers through the enablement of transformational solutions to a myriad of challenges. She has deep experience with the intricacies and challenges in digitizing large-scale supply chain operations and delivering world class solutions. Her experience spans technology, consulting, and retail supply chain holding senior roles at Infor, GT Nexus, Clarkston Consulting, RH, and Williams Sonoma, always focused on accelerating innovation and growth through the use of technology. Kim holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from UC Davis.
Jacques Marchetti has been appointed General Manager for the EMEA region following his integral contribution to the EMEA sales team since 2013. In 2018, Jacques became the head of sales for EMEA supporting a growing body of customers through their shipping logistics challenges and opportunities. Marchetti is a long-time industry expert with more than 25 years of experience creating and managing business organizations for software companies providing solutions for maritime terminals and liner shipping industries. Prior to joining Navis, he was Vice President of business development EMEA for Embarcadero Systems and previously worked for Qiva, a Supply Chain Execution and liner shipping software company, where he led the global sales division.
Charles Gerard is the VP and General Manager, Asia. Charles is responsible for all sales and professional services in Asia-Pacific. Previous at Navis, he was the VP of Customer Experience responsible for the global Support. He managed the Americas and APAC PS teams before moving to the commercial side of business as an Account Manager. From 2005 to 2012 Charlie helped build the Asia business through various Sales and Sales Leadership positions. Charles spent 7 years living in Hong Kong building the APAC client base and organization. Charles’ started his career in the maritime industry sailing as a licensed engineering and deck officer on container vessels, tankers and LNG carriers.
