To maximize the effectiveness of our customer training sessions ("Class"), we limit the number of participants who have formally registered ("Participants") for each Class. It is important that Participants who are unable to attend Class for any reason notify us promptly so that others may attend with sufficient advance notice. Set forth below is our policy with respect to Class attendance and cancellations.
- A. Participant Substitutions: Substitutions of Class Participants may be made on a one-for-one basis at any time prior to the scheduled date for the start of Class ("Start Date").
- B. Early Cancellation: Participants may reschedule or cancel reservations for a Class without penalty if notice is provided thirty (30) business days or more before the Start Date. Cancellations can be made by calling +1 510.267.5129.
- C. Late Cancellation: Participants who cancel a confirmed enrollment less than 30 business days but at least 15 business days before the Start Date for Class and fail to provide a substitute Participant will be billed for 50% of the undiscounted tuition fee (list price) or will be subject to the redemption of 50% of the training credits that were applied to the Class, as applicable. Participants who cancel a confirmed enrollment less than 15 business days before the Start Date for Class and fail to provide a substitute Participant will be billed for 100% of the undiscounted tuition fee (list price) or will be subject to the redemption of 100% of the training credits that were applied to the Class, as applicable.
- D. Open Enrollment Class: We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the date, time and location of any Open Enrollment Class (i.e., a Class made generally available for attendance by licensees of our software at a designated training facility) or to provide substitute instructors, at any time. If we cancel a Class, then all Training Credits applied to the Class will be returned to the Participant’s account. We will not be responsible for any expenses or other losses incurred by Participants if we cancels or reschedules a Class.
Customer-Site Class: If a customer cancels or reschedules a Class scheduled specifically for the benefit of that customer at the customer's site, less than 30 business days before the Start Date, then the customer will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the contracted fee.
