Prior to that, he worked for Microsoft Corporation as Vice President, EMEA and Latin America, tasked with growing and developing Microsoft’s Enterprise Business Applications Division (ERP, CRM). He has also held different senior management positions for Infor Global Solutions, the world’s third largest Enterprise Application Software company, and Information Builders Inc., a worldwide Business Intelligence software company.

He is responsible for Navis' worldwide financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting and capital planning. Rob previously oversaw accounting and finance at Lennar Corporation, where he managed a $7 billion annual P&L and over $4 billion of assets. Prior to Lennar, Rob was with Ernst & Young LLP. He is licensed as a certified public accountant in the State of California.

Andy Barrons is responsible for Navis Marketing and Corporate Strategy. Prior to joining Navis, Andy was Vice President Marketing for INTTRA, the world's leading web portal for ocean containerized freight, where he created a more customer centric strategic marketing capability for the company. Earlier in his career, he spent over fifteen years at the Financial Times, leading marketing and BD for the FT in Europe & North America. In these positions, Andy led key initiatives to expand FT media including the re-launch of the FT in North America.

Scott Peoples leads the Products Team at Navis. He is responsible for the continued development of N4, the world’s leading terminal operating system. Scott has been with Navis since 2003 and has previously led the Professionals Services, Support, Sales and Field Operations organizations. Prior to XVELA, Robert was CTO of Navis where he led the development of new, groundbreaking technologies including Navis N4, the global software standard for container terminal operators. Additionally, his experience includes senior positions in product management, services and software development where he worked closely with the world’s leading container terminal operators.

Charles Gerard is VP of Customer Experience at Navis. He is responsible for the global support organization providing exceptional service to more than 300 Navis clients. His focus is on establishing a strong regional leadership structure combined with front line managers and staff enabled to assist customers in maintaining stable and highly productive software environments and operations. Charles has more than 17 years of experience with Navis and has served as Project Manager, Regional Professional Services Manager, Account Manager and Director of Sales in APAC. He has managed Navis projects, clients, and global accounts worldwide and spent seven years living in Hong Kong building the APAC client base and organization. Charles’ early career years were spent sailing as a licensed merchant marine engineering and deck officer on container vessels, tankers and LNG carriers. Just prior to joining Navis Charles was Program Manager for Pacific Basin Economic Council, an independent international business lobby advocating open trade, transparency and fair business practice throughout the Pacific region.

Derek Kober is the Vice President of Marketing, applying his broad array of marketing and communications experience to generate awareness, growth, and thought leadership for Navis and XVELA. Previously, Derek headed up marketing communications for Adaptive Insights, a cloud leader in planning and budgeting software, and he led corporate marketing for Saama, a big data and analytics services company. Earlier in his career, as a Senior Vice President and partner at GlobalFluency, he managed dozens of clients and ran thought leadership programs for a variety of hi-tech, B2B, and supply chain related clients and underwriters for this top marketing and public relations agency. He also managed IT systems for Morgan Stanley, and led marketing and finance functions for Tandem Computers and other software companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Psychology from Stanford University and an MBA with an emphasis in Marketing from the Haas School of Business at the University of California Berkeley.

Christian Weinbrenner is VP Global Professional Services Programs at Navis. Christian is responsible for Global PS Programs in support of both the Navis and XVELA solution areas and new services/initiatives as required by the market, customers, and regions, defining the overall Global PS strategy. His focus is on providing the regional leadership in PS the right tools and methodology to strengthen Navis PS position in the market. Within his role he is responsible for the Global PS Delivery Organization of Technical Services and Optimization & Analytics Services. Christian brings more than 21 years of PS experience to his role and he has joined Navis 2010 being responsible for PS project delivery in EMEA working out of Dubai for 7 years. Prior to joining Navis Christian worked 13 years for IBM Germany, where he held a number of different management and project management positions in different Services Organizations.

Martin Bardi leads the XVELA and the Navis Carrier and Vessel Solutions sales organization globally.
Martin was the VP and General Manager at Navis for all sales, support and professional services in the Latin American region. Martin grew the Navis customer base from 11 customers to over 65 today, making Latin America a key contributor in the region. Martin has a deep knowledge of the business, with over 23 years in the industry, which includes hands-on experience in all phases of software and process implementation, from initial project planning to a full production rollout. He started at Navis in Professional Services in 1999 where as a Sr. Project Manager he gained experience in over 40 implementations. Prior to joining Navis, Martin worked 5 years at the terminals in the region as a yard and ship planner and was responsible for implementing new technologies that helped to improve operational performance, safety and reduced costs.
