The Navis CustomerFirst Program provides the opportunity to leverage your relationship with Navis through a variety of joint communication activities such as user groups, field references, benchmarking, site visits, surveys, case studies, trade articles, advertising, media interviews, speaking engagements, videos and press releases. CustomerFirst ensures that your voice is heard in the ongoing development of Navis products; opens new avenues for networking; and provides opportunities to promote your business to a broader audience without additional out-of-pocket marketing expenses.
The Navis CustomerFirst Program is an innovative communications program that deepens our partnership and brings new value to our relationships with our customers, partners and industry experts on your own terms.
CustomerFirst Participation Includes:
- User groups—You will have the opportunity to share with your User Group peers, your experiences with Navis technology. The Navis Regional User Group meeting brings together product experts, executives and customers to network and learn from each other. It is a technical, solutions-oriented, systems management meeting that offers attendees an in-depth look into Navis solutions.
- Analyst interviews—Analysts are eager to speak with companies such as yours to gain an understanding of customer technology needs and obtain real-life examples for their articles. At the same time, analyst interviews provide you with opportunities to gain free advice from industry experts.
- Case studies—A Navis Customer case study is a professionally produced story that highlights our customers and their use of Navis software. To create the story, we conduct a telephone interview with you. Interview questions are provided in advance, so you know what to expect. See examples here.
- Advertising—For select customers, Navis offers a multi-tiered advertising program, including print ads in top industry and business publications and Web advertising.
- Media interviews—Journalists contact Navis for comment on topics that span from a strategic view of technology's impact on businesses to a company's experience in using Navis products. When a customer agrees to participate in a press interview, you can decide which topics to discuss, and are not required to comment on sensitive information about your company.
- Speaking engagements—You can gain high-profile access to industry and media audiences by taking advantage of speaking opportunities at conferences where Navis is a featured participant, or the event sponsor. Navis provides support. We can help you create a compelling presentation and will coordinate presentation logistics.
- Awards—Winning awards gives your organization–and your project–publicity and validation that money can’t buy.
- Press releases—You can share your success in press releases that are distributed globally to industry, business, technology, trade and daily media. To create the press release, we conduct a brief telephone interview with you. Interview questions are provided in advance, so you know what to expect. See examples here. All press releases are reviewed by the customer for approval.
- Podcast interviews—Short video interviews for our website are a popular way to share your story.
- Video Testimonials/Case Studies—Through Navis, you have an opportunity to speak on camera about your successful implementation of Navis solutions and the importance to your business. We provide the interview questions in advance, so that you can prepare. We can videotape at your location, or other mutually convenient places. As with other Navis reference materials, you have an opportunity to review and approve the video footage before it is used. Typically, these videos are shown at customer events and posted on the website. See examples here.
